Current Market Conditions: The St. Louis Market has seen an adjustment in prices withiin the last year and homes are taking a little longer to sell for a little less than they did in previous years and it is now a Buyers' Market. What that means is that there are less buyers than sellers and there are more homes for buyers to choose from. If a home is pristine condition and it very updated it will probably sell before the others that do not show as well. This also means that buyers can take their time to truly evaluate all aspects of the home and not make quick decisions fearing that they will lose their home to someone else.
